A Sequel to Tucker & Dale vs. Evil is in Development
Tyler Labine and Alan Tudyk recently announced that Tucker and Dale will again face the forces of Evil in a sequel to the 2010 film. The stars were at the Horrorhound convention in Cincinnati, OH this past week and revealed that a sequel is in the early stages of development.
For those that may not have seen this exception flick, here is the official synopsis:

Tucker and Dale are two best friends on vacation at their dilapidated mountain house, who are mistaken for murderous backwoods hillbillies by a group of obnoxious, preppy college kids. When one of the students gets separated from her friends, the boys try to lend a hand, but as the misunderstanding grows, so does the body count.

The film is currently available via Netflix, Amazon, and a bounty of other media methods.
